Most Esogetic tools have a one or two year warranty. If you purchased your tools from Colorpuncture USA please contact us before sending it in for repair. This way we can determine the best course of action to fix your device.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you cannot unscrew the base of a light set to remove the batteries this means the batteries have leaked. This can cause corrosion and damage to your set and needs to be fixed immediately. Dennis Atwood has developed a special procedure to refurbish the light pen in this situation. This is less expensive than having to replace the penlight.
